DARA KAYE JEWELRY is made to order and handmade in New York City. With each piece being made to order with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 6-8 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
We ship all of our items with FedEx or UPS fully insured. We fully insure shipments on all orders and require a signature upon delivery. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry. We are not responsible for weather conditions and delays with delivery services.Â
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
As everything is custom and made to order, pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. We do not offer refunds. If we made an error, please email info@darakayejewelry.com with a photo to get a Return Authorization number. When shipping back please include a note with your name, order number and Return Authorization number with the package when shipped back to us. Please make sure you fully insure the shipment back to us as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit

DARA KAYE JEWELRY is not liable for lost merchandise once it has been shipped once it has been shipped. We recommend purchasing package protection with your order, and providing accurate shipping information to ensure the safe delivery. Please refer to our shipping policies for more details.
