LAB GROWN EMERALD CARE

To keep your lab-grown emeralds in pristine condition, follow these care tips closely:

  • Avoid exposing your emeralds to harsh chemicals, including household cleaners, lotions and perfumes, as these substances can damage the stone’s surface and color.
  • Limit their exposure to heat and extreme temperatures, as sudden changes can potentially affect the gemstone.
  • For regular cleaning, use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe away surface dust and oils.
  • Steer clear of ultrasonic cleaners or steam cleaners, as these can cause damage.
  • Avoid harsh detergents that may remove oils from the stone and change the structure or color of the stone.
  • Please never shower, swim or bathe with your lab grown emeralds and certainly avoid chlorine. Never soak it in any liquids.
  • When not wearing your emeralds, store them in a separate, soft pouch or a jewelry box with individual compartments to prevent scratches from contact with other pieces.
  • Keep them out of direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause potential fading or discoloration.
  • Do not exercise in your colored stone jewelry, especially lab grown and mined emeralds to avoid scratches or cracks.
  • Please remember to treat your lab grown emeralds gently and carefully as they are a softer stone and exposing to extreme heat, light and liquids can damage the stone.
