ABOUT DARA KAYE

More than a jewelry designer, DARA KAYE is a lover of philosophy, an ever evolving student of far flung culture and mystics, a writer and is an entrepreneur with a passion for discovery and wanderlust, having traveled across the globe from Marrakech to Machu Picchu to the Middle East.

Growing up along the rocky shores of Long Island, she collected rocks, crystals, and shells, drawing deep inspiration from nature and her grandmother's jewelry collection. She was deeply inspired by her grandmother's jewelry collection and travels to exotic places which imbued a deep meaning for jewelry within, beyond just the clear superficial nature of the beauty it holds. You can still find the same inspiration she had as a child of nature and spiritual symbolism woven throughout her collections of Serpents, Sacred Geometry, Philosophical nods, Charms, Triangles and more.

Dara began her career as a fashion buyer in 2006, always having an eye for trends and consumer desires. Since 2011, she has held court as the stylish and business-savvy half of Wunderlich Kaplan Communications, an award winning PR agency with offices globally. As a curator, conceptualizer, and influencer, Dara has made a significant impact in her field, with her work featured in magazines such as Inc, Forbes, The Daily Mail, New York Times, Vogue, Wall Street Journal and more, on television’s CNN, Fox, CNBC and on social media, where she shares her passion for style, beauty, health, and wellness with a devoted following.

Dara is a constant seeker of knowledge and personal evolution who enjoys staying up to date on the latest health and wellness advancements, beauty and fashion trends, and exploring new places in her free time. Whether climbing to a mountain top, discovering a remote beach, or meandering through a city, she shares her insider knowledge with her loyal and engaged followers on Instagram at @DaraKaye. Dara’s foray into the world of jewelry is an expression of her lifelong love for design, beauty and meaningful storytelling.
